Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Product condition

You are welcome to test whether your keys fit your Rhinokey. Normal handling is allowed, including placing it in your pocket and attaching your keys.
The item must not show signs of heavy use. Deep scratches, extensive wear, clear usage marks, or full use of multitools will make the item ineligible for return.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging

  • The packaging must be properly sealed

  • The product must arrive at our facility for inspection


Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued if:

  • The order did not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • The tracking status shows “Delivered” with valid carrier confirmation. If the package cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly


Consumer Guarantees

If an item has a major defect, you are entitled to a refund upon proof of the issue.
If the defect is minor, we will replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.


Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Unclaimed or Incorrect Address Returns

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, Rhinokey® reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs for resending the package.


Gifts, Bundles & Personalized Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable

  • Personalized products, including laser engravings, are non-refundable


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item, color, or size was delivered

  • The error was made by Rhinokey®

Shipping delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and do not qualify as a valid return reason.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To submit a return or refund request, please contact info@rhinokey.com and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address

  • Reason for return or description of the defect (optional)

  • Clear photo or video showing the issue, if applicable

Requests without visual evidence for defects cannot be processed.



Privacy

Rhinokey® respects your privacy.
Information collected during the return process is securely stored for a reasonable period and may be used for fraud prevention, internal analysis, or disclosed to authorities when legally required.
