What is the difference between Smartcard PRO and Smartcard?
Both are 1.8 mm thin, charge wirelessly, are waterproof and work with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. The PRO is the upgraded version:
Looks like a credit card. The Smartcard has a power button and a keyring slot; the PRO has a chip and contactless mark, so it reads as a bank card in your wallet.
Longer battery. 8 months on a charge instead of 5.
Louder alarm. 100 dB instead of 80 dB, so you hear it from another room.
Longer range. 120 m instead of 60 m before it falls back on the Find My or Find Hub network.

How is Smartcard PRO different from the Smartcard?
Both are 1.8 mm thin, charge wirelessly, are waterproof and work with Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. The PRO is the upgraded one. It looks like a bank card, with a chip and a contactless mark instead of a button and a keyring slot, and it is the stronger of the two: 8 months on a charge instead of 5, a 100 dB alarm instead of 80 dB, and 120 m of range instead of 60 m.
Does it work with my phone?
Yes. Smartcard PRO works with iPhone and iPad through Apple Find My, and with Android through Google Find Hub. There is no extra app to install — you use the one that is already on your phone. You choose your system when you order, because each card is set up for one of the two networks.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and the card keeps working. No account, no monthly fee, no membership.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 months on a single charge. When it runs low you lay it on any Qi wireless charger — there is no battery to replace, ever.
Can I track it worldwide?
Yes. Whenever an iPhone, iPad or Android device passes close to your card, it quietly reports the location back to you through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub. That works far beyond Bluetooth range, anywhere those phones are.
What is the range?
Up to 120 m with a clear line of sight between your phone and the card. Within that range you can make the card ring to find it. Further away, the Find My or Find Hub network takes over and shows you its last known location on the map.
Does it work in an RFID-blocking wallet?
Yes. It has been tested in RFID wallets and still connects to your phone. For the best signal, put the card in the pocket closest to the outside of the wallet.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, Smartcard PRO is waterproof. Rain, a spilled drink or a wet jacket pocket will not harm it.
